TIER ONE

Month out- Day Of Coordination

This tier is for the couple who has been planning their special day for months (ok, let's be honest maybe years) and has “almost” everything figured out. Do you have your venue? Florist? DJ? Awesome! You may just need a professional to iron out a couple of kinks. This allows you to be the designer of your entire event, and we simply swoop in at the last minute to ensure your vision is brought to life flawlessly.

• Manage and orchestrate wedding rehearsal with officiant and involved parties

• Welcome and Direct Guests
  
  
• Troubleshoot day of (client has access to emergency wedding kit)

TIER TWO

Partial Planning

This tier is for the couple who already has a vision of what they want their special day to look like, but they may not have the time, energy, or desire to execute all of that vision. Let us suggest vendors for you, hash out details on all those contracts, and be your point of contact throughout. Once you've booked your vendors, we assist and plan out décor, set up and break down on the day of, and act as your personal wingman (or wingwoman) throughout this planning process.

You are engaged and ready to get married, now what? Maybe the planning process feels completely overwhelming to you, or perhaps you simply don’t have the time to comb through vendor lists and potential venues. That's what we're here for! Let us take your Pinterest boards and vision and bring it to life. All you will have to do is show up and be prepared to say “I do”!

Other Event Services

From birthday parties to corporate events we can help you create and execute an event to be remembered for a lifetime. Our event team can provide vision board and DIY assistance, vendor recommendation, and party supply gathering. Pricing begins at $150 an hour (with a three hour minimum).
